.—नोटरी अधिनियम 1952 (1952 का 53) की धारा 2 के खंड (छ) तथा इसके अन्तर्गत बनाई गई नोटरी नियमावली, 1956 के साथ पठित धारा 5 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप राज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम तथा इसके अधीन बनाये गये नियमों के अन्तर्गत उनके द्वारा अनुपालित की जाने वाली अपेक्षित अन्य शर्तों को पूर्ण करने की शर्त पर प्रत्येक के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के लिये निम्नलिखित नोटरियों के प्रैक्टिस प्रमाणपत्र के नवीकरण को कार्योत्तर अनुमोदन प्रदान करते हैंः- 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] यह अधिसूचना 2018 की रिट याचिका (सीविल) सं. 1043 ''सन्नी आरोड़ा बनाम राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एवं अन्य'' में माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, दिल्ली द्वारा पारित दिनांक 25.02.2019 के आदेश के अधीन एवं अनुसरण में जारी की जा रही है ।

No. 11(9)/Admn./LJ&LA/2014/PF/7372-7381.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section(2) of section 5 read with clause (g) of section 2 of the Notaries Act 1952(53 of 1952), and the Notaries Rules, 1956 made thereunder, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to accord his ex-post facto approval to the renewal of certificate of practice of the following Notaries subject to the fulfillment of all other conditions required to be complied with by them under aforesaid Act and the Rules made there under for the period specified against their names.
