.—डी.सी.पी.टी.ओ.टी. नियम, 2009 के नियम 3.1(i) के तहत दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉरफिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी (डी.सी.पी.टी.ओ.टी.) के आदेश संख्या एफ.एन.ओ. 3(12)/ पी.एण्ड आर./एच.एण्ड एफ. डब्लू./2014/2282-87 दिनांक 24.01.2017 के तहत परिषद्‌ का चुनाव कराने हेतु अद्योहस्ताक्षरी को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है, उक्त आदेश दिनांक 24.01.2017 के संदर्भ में दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी ने संदर्भ संख्या डी.सी.पी.टी.ओ.टी/एसइसी. कौरेस/90-04/384 दिनांक 02/08/2022 के द्वारा अपनी अधिसूचित फाइनल मतदाता सूची भेजी है। अतः, मैं, (प्रेमानंद प्रुष्ती), दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी के बतौर निर्वाचन अधिकारी, डी.सी.पी.टी.ओ.टी नियम 2014 के अन्र्तगत छह सदस्य फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट और छह सदस्य व्यावसायिक चिकित्सक पद के चुनाव हेतु निम्नलिखित अनुसूची तय की गई है।

मतदान दिल्ली फार्मास्युटिकल साइंसेज़ एंड रिसर्च यूनिवर्सिटी (DIPSRU) DIPSAR कैंपस, विपरीत सैनिक फार्म, महरौली बदरपुर रोड, नई दिल्ली-17 के परिसर में होगा।

नामांकन पत्र अद्योहस्ताक्षरी से कमरा नम्बर 408, बी विंग, चतुर्थ तल, योजना विभाग, रा.रा.क्षे.दि., दिल्ली सचिवालय, आई. पी. इस्टेट, नई दिल्ली 110002 से सभी कार्य दिवसों में सुबह 10ः00 बजे से शाम 5ः00 बजे तक निःशुल्क प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ।[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 उम्मीदवार का नामांकन पत्र निर्वाचन अधिकारी द्वारा नियत तिथि तथा समय के बाद प्राप्त होने पर स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगाा । प्रत्येक नामांकन पत्र पर दो निर्वाचकों द्वारा 'प्रस्तावक' और 'द्वितीयक' के रूप में हस्ताक्षर किए जांएगें और विधिवत भरे गए नामांकन प्रपत्रों के साथ रूपये 5000/- (रूपये पाँच हजार मात्र) नकद या डिमांड ड्राफ्‌ट के माध्यम से दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी, नई दिल्ली के पक्ष में" उम्मीदवार या प्रस्तावक या समर्थक द्वारा पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र की प्रति के साथ ऊपर उल्लिखित तिथि और समय पर अद्योहस्ताक्षरी को सौंप दिया जाना चाहिए। दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी के नियम 3.20 के अनुसार मतपत्र मतदाता को तब तक नहीं सौंपा जाएगा जब तक कि उसने पहचान के लिए अधिनियम (35) की धारा के तहत जारी अपना पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं किया हो।

SCHEDULE OF ELECTION

FOR ELECTION TO THE DELHI COUNCIL FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Ref.1/RO/DCPTOT/2021-22/04.—Whereas the undersigned has been appointed as Returning Officer of Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (DCPTOT) under Rule 3.1 (i) of DCPTOT Rules 2009 by the Competent Authority, conveyed vide Order F. No. 3/(12)/P&R/H&FW/ 2014/2282-87, dated 24/01/2017 to conduct the election of the Council. In response to the above said Order dated 24/01/2017, the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy submitted its notified final electoral rolls vide Ref. No. DCPTOT/Sec. Corres/90-04/384 dated 02/08/2022.

Now, therefore, I, Premananda Prusty, Returning Officer of Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (DCPTOT) hereby chalked out the following Schedule of election for Six(6) Members Physiotherapists and Six(6) Members Occupational Therapist as per DCPTOT Rules 2014:-

The polling shall be conducted in the premises of Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DIPSRU), DIPSAR Campus, Opp. Sainik Farm, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, New Delhi-110017.

The nomination forms can be obtained "free of cost" from the undersigned at Room No. B-408, 4th Level, Planning Department, GNCTD, Delhi Secretariat, I.P.Estate, New Delhi-110002 on 26/09/2022 onwards from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days.

The nomination papers received to the Returning Officer after the prescribed date and the time shall be rejected. Every nomination paper shall be signed by two electors as „proposer" and „seconder" and the nomination forms duly filled shall be accompanied by a non refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in cash or through demand draft in favour of "the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, New Delhi" should be handed over to the undersigned by the candidate or proposer or seconder on the date and time mentioned above alongwith copy of registration certificate of the candidate, proposer and seconder.

As per Rule 3.20 of the Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy that the ballot paper shall not be handed over to the elector unless he/she has produced his Registration Certificate issued u/s (35) of the Act for identification.
