राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 28 सितम्बर, 2022 .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल, मलिन बस्ती(सुधार व सफाई) अधिनियम 1956(1956 का 96) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री गोपाल कृृष्ण, डी.जे.एस. को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अन्र्तगत उल्लेखित शक्तियों का प्रयोग तथा कार्यों के निष्पादन हेतु, सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं। वह दिल्ली शहरी आश्रय सुधार बोर्ड में इस पद में बने रहने तक कार्य करते रहेगें।

No. 39(7)/UD/DUSIB/2011/1802-1822.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 2 of the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1956 (96 of 1956), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Gopal Krishan, DJS, as Competent Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the functions under the provisions of the said Act, until the day he is entrusted at this post in the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board.
