राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 26 सितम्बर, 2022 969-977.—मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 12 के साथ पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा बतरा अस्पताल एण्ड मेडिकल रिसर्च सैन्टर, 1 तुगलकाबाद इंस्टीटूशनल एरिया मैहरोली बदरपुर रोड़, नई दिल्ली - 110062 के संबंध में दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 2020 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. एए/डीओटीसी/2016/प्राधि0 समिति/3033/2721-2731 के अनुसार दिल्ली राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग - IV में प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में माननीय उपराज्यपाल , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेेत्र दिल्ली एतद्द्वारा बतरा अस्पताल एण्ड मेडिकल रिसर्च सैन्टर, 1 तुगलकाबाद इंस्टीटूशनल एरिया मैहरोली बदरपुर रोड़, नई दिल्ली - 110062 के लिए अस्पताल आधारित प्राधिकार समिति का पुर्नगठन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

Comm./3033/969-977.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of the notification of this Government published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part-IV vide notification number no. F. No. AA / DOTC / 2016 / Auth. Comm. / 3033 / 2721-2731 dated 17th December 2020, in so far as it relates to Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, New Delhi -110062, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby reconstitutes the Hospital Based Authorization Committee for Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, MehrauliBadarpur Road, New Delhi -110062, namely:-
