I दिल्ली, 12 अक्तूबर, 2022 I I .— दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 के नियम 48 के उप नियम (4) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इस सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 13/2020 राज्य कर, दिनांक 31 मार्च 2021, जिसे सं.फा. 03(88)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2020-21/डीएस-IV/310, दिनांक 31 मार्च 2021, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- उक्त अधिसूचना में प्रथम अनुच्छेद में, 01 अक्तूबर, 2022 से प्रभावी, शब्द ''बीस करोड़ रुपये'' के स्थान पर शब्द ''दस करोड़ रुपये'' प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगेमूल अधिसूचना संख्या 13/2020-राज्य कर, दिनांक 31 मार्च 2021, को सं.फा.03(88)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/ 2020-21/डीएस-IV/310, दिनांक 31 मार्च 2021, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में प्रकाशित किया गया था और उसका अंतिम संशोधन, अधिसूचना संख्या 01/2022-राज्य कर, दिनांक 09 जून, 2022, जो दिल्ली के 6921 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग IV सं. फा. 03(02)/वित्त(व्यय- I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/486, दिनांक 09 जून 2022, के द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, द्वारा किया गया था। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

NOTIFICATION

No. 17/2022-State Tax (Rate)

No. F. 3 (21)/Fin.(Exp.-I)/2022-23/DS-I/819.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated the 31st March, 2021, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F3(88)/Fin. (Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/310, dated 31st March, 2021, namely:-

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of October, 2022, for the words ―twenty crore rupees‖, the words ―ten crore rupees‖ shall be substituted.

Note : The principal notification No. 13/2020 –State Tax, dated the 31stMarch, 2021 was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F3(88)/Fin(Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/310, dated the 31stMarch, 2021 and was last amended vide notification No. 01/2022-State Tax, dated the 09th June, 2022, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(02)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2020-23/DS-I/486, dated the 9th June, 2022.
