फा. सं. 14016/08/2019.यूटीएस 1/.—नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 44) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कें द्र सरकार श्री अमित यादव, आई. ए. एस. (एजीएमयूटी: 1991) को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से और अगले आदेश तक श्री भूपिंदर सिंह भल्ला, आई. ए. एस. (एजीएमयूटी: 1990) के स्थान पर नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करती है I

No. 14016/08/2019.UTS.I /.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section (4), read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. Amit Yadav, IAS (AGMUT : 1991) to be the Chairperson of New Delhi Municipal Council, vice Sh. Bhupinder Singh Bhalla, IAS (AGMUT:1990) with effect from the date of assumption of charge and until further orders.
