राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 9 नवम्बर, 2022 .—दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी नियम, 2014 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन अधिकारी को दिल्ली काउंसिल फॉर फिजियोथेरेपी एंड ऑक्यूपेशनल थेरेपी के संशोधित चुनाव कार्यक्रम को शासकीय गज़ट में प्रकाशित करते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है। यह चुनाव कार्यक्रम दिल्ली गज़ट में प्रकाशित करने के साथ कांउसिल के सूचना पट्ट तथा चुनाव अधिकारी के कार्यालय पर चस्पा किया जा रहा है।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 9th November, 2022

Ref. 1/RO/DCPTOT/2021-22/11-12.—In exercise of the power conferred by Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Rule 2014, the Returning Officer is pleased to notify in the Official Gazette, the Re-schedule of Election for Delhi Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy which is being published in the Delhi Gazette, notice board of the Council and in the Office of the Returning Officer.

PREMANANDA PRUSTY, Returning Officer (DCPTOT) दिल्ली, 9 नवम्बर, 2022 .— जैसा कि चुनाव की अनुसूची को राजपत्र अधिसूचना दिनांकः 13.09.2022 द्वारा अधिसूचित किया गया था जिसमें मदों का उल्लेख किया गया था अर्थात मतदान, चुनाव के बाद मतों की गिनती और मतगणना के बाद परिणाम की घोषणा दिनांक 13.09.2022 (रविवार) को निर्धारित की गई थी। जैसा कि दिल्ली नगर निगम के चुनाव के लिए आदर्श आचार संहिता 04.11.2022 से लागू है इसलिए उक्त मदों अर्थात मतदान, चुनाव के बाद मतों की गिनती और दिनांक 13.09.2022 (रविवार) को मतगणना के बाद परिणाम की घोषणा अब स्थगित कर दी गई है और दिनांक 18.12.2022 (रविवार) को फिर से निर्धारित की गई है। डी.सी.पी.टी.ओ.टी. की चुनाव अनुसूची के अनुसार दिनांक 13.09.2022 (रविवार) की राजपत्र अधिसूचना की शेष सामग्री और चुनाव का स्थान वही रहेगा। चुनाव का कार्यक्रम निम्न प्रकार से है :-

RE-SCHEDULE OF ELECTION

Delhi, the 9th November, 2022

Ref. 1/RO/DCPTOT/2021-22/09-10.—Whereas the Schedule of Election was notified vide Gazette Notification dated 13.09.2022 in which the items were mentioned i.e. Polling, Counting of Votes after Election and Declaration of Result after Counting was scheduled on 13.11.2022 (Sunday).

Whereas, Model Code of Conduct for Election of Municipal Corporation of Delhi is in force w.e.f. 04.11.2022, therefore, the said items i.e. Polling, Counting of Votes after Election and Declaration of Result after Counting was scheduled on 13.11.2022 (Sunday) is now postponed and re-scheduled on 18.12.2022 (Sunday). The rest of contents of the Gazette Notification dated 13.09.2022 in r/o Election Schedule of DCPTOT and Venue of Election will remain same. The Schedule of the Election are as under:-
