( ) .—आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या ( ) में आंशिक संशोधन के फलस्वरूप, दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957, अभी तक संशोधित, की धारा-7 के अन्र्तगत मुझे प्रदत्त की गईं शक्तियों के अनुसरण में, मैं, डॉ. विजय देव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली, दिल्ली सरकार के परामर्श से नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम संख्या-4 में दर्शाए गए अधिकारी को उनके सामने कॉलम-2 में दर्शाए गए, दिल्ली नगर निगम के वार्डों के लिए व्यय-पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में, पूर्व में नियुक्त व्यय-पर्यवेक्षक जो कि कॉलम-3 में वर्णित है, जो इससे पूर्व अधिसूचित किया गया है, उसके स्थान पर, दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनावों के लिए व्यय-पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करता हूँ।7558 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

F. No. 10(13)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/7894.—In partial modification of the Commission's Notification No. 10(13)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/7455 Dated 31.10.2022 and in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me under Section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended till date, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner, National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint, in consultation with Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, the officer of Government of Delhi shown in the column no. 4 of the table below as 'EXPENDITURE OBSERVER' for the wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 2 to substitute the existing EXPENDITURE OBSERVER mentioned in column No. 3 as notified earlier, in connection with General Election to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
