.—आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या सं. फा 10(21)/एसईसी/दि.न.नि./सा.चुना./2022/7684 दिनांकः 06-11-2022 में आंशिक संशोधन के फलस्वरूप, दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957, अभी तक संशोधित, की धारा-7 तथा दिल्ली नगर निगम (पार्षदों के चुनाव) नियम 2012 के नियम-4 के अधीन प्रदा शक्तियों के अनुसरण में, मैं, डॉ. विजय देव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली, दिल्ली सरकार के परामर्श से नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम संख्या-4 में दर्शाए गए अधिकारियों को उनके सामने कॉलम-2 में दर्शाए गए, दिल्ली नगर निगम के वार्डों के लिए चुनाव पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में, पूर्व में नियुक्त चुनाव पर्यवेक्षक जो कि कॉलम-3 में वर्णित हैं, जो इससे पूर्व अधिसूचित किए गए हैं, उनके स्थान पर, दिल्ली नगर निगम चुनावों के लिए चुनाव पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करता हूँ।

Delhi, the 14th November, 2022
No. F. 10(21)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/7924.—In partial modification of the Commission's Notification No. F.10(21)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/7684 Dated 06.11.2022 and In pursuance of the powers conferred upon me under section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended till date, and in pursuance of the provisions contained in Rule 4 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules 2012, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner, NCT of Delhi, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of Delhi, hereby appoint, the officers shown in column No. 4 of the table below, as 'ELECTION OBSERVERS' for the wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 2 to substitute the existing 'ELECTION OBSERVERS' mentioned in column no. 3 as notified earlier, in connection with General Election to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
