II दिल्ली, 22 नवम्बर, 2022 II .—जबकि, यातायात की सघनता के कारण फिरोज गांधी मार्ग की सर्विस लेन पर यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और इससे अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है; और जबकि, यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करे और वाहन चालकोेें एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के लिए फिरोज गांधी मार्ग की सर्विस लेन पर यातायात के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यह करना आवश्यक है;

अतः मैं, शिवे केसरी सिंह, उपायुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय-2) दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन व अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए अगले आदेश तक, एतद्‌द्वारा लिंक रोड (फिरोज गांधी मार्ग की सर्विस लेन) लाजपत नगर फेज-3 पर मकान संख्या 37 से मकान संख्या 22, राम निवास शर्मा मार्ग क्रॉसिंग के नजदीक, पर तक प्रतिदिन 24 घंटे सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए एकतरफा मार्ग घोषित करता हूॅं । सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों व थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्‌टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी । 7768 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] सबंधित अधिकरण एवम्‌ सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम्‌ सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्‌ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।

यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनांॅक 22/11/2022 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 22nd November, 2022

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-2716.—Whereas, heavy flow of traffic is causing obstruction in smooth discharge of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on service lane of Firoz Gandhi Road;

And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on service road of Firoz Gandhi Road to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;

Now, therefore, I, S.K. Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic, (HQ-II), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement on Link Road (service lane of Firoz Gandhi Marg) Lajpat Nagar, Phase-III from House No.37 to House No. 22 near Ram Niwas Sharma Marg crossing for all type of vehicles, everyday for 24 hours, till further orders.

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.

The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
