राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 22 नवम्बर, 2022 (4)/ .—आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या सं. फा. 10(4)/ एसईसी/दि.न.नि./सा.चुना./2022/7456 दिनांकः 31-10-2022 में आंशिक संशोधन के फलस्वरूप, दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 7सी के अन्र्तगत मुझे प्रदत्त हुई शक्तियों के अनुसरण में, मैं डॉ0 विजय देव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, इसके द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के परामर्श से नीचे तालिका के कॉलम संख्या-4 में दर्शाये गये अधिकारी को उनके सामने कॉलम-2 में दर्शाये गये दिल्ली नगर निगम के वार्ड के लिये सहायक मतदाता पंजीकरण अधिकारी के रूप में, पूर्व नियुक्त सहायक मतदाता पंजीकरण अधिकारी जो कि कॉलम 3 में वर्णित है, जो इस से पूर्व अधिसूचित किए गए हैं, उनके स्थान पर नियुक्त करता हूँ। ये अधिकारी दिल्ली नगर निगम (पार्षदों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 2012 के नियम 8 के प्रावधानों के अन्र्तगत दिल्ली नगर निगम के आगामी आम चुनावों के लिए उनके सामने दर्शाये गये वार्डों के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एंव सहायक मतदाता पंजीकरण अधिकारी के रूप में भी नियुक्त किए जाते है।7772 DG/2022 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

Delhi, the 22nd November, 2022

F. No. 10(4)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/8296.—In partial modification of the Commission's Notification No. F. 10(4)/SEC/MCD/General Election/2022/7456 Dated 31.10.2022 and in pursuance of the powers conferred under section 7C of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended till date, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of Delhi, the officer shown in column No. 4 of the table below, as Assistant Electoral Registration officer for the ward of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 2 to substitute the existing Assistant Electoral Registration officer mentioned in column no. 3 as notified earlier. The Officer so appointed as Assistant Electoral Registration Officer are also appointed as Assistant Returning Officer for the wards shown against each, under the provisions of Rule 8 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Elections of Councillors) Rules, 2012 in connection with ensuing General Election to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
