फा. सं. 26/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवर्षिता/2020.— दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में प्रधान न्यायाधीश, परिवार न्यायालय (मुख्यालय), द्वारका, नई दिल्ली के रूप में नियुक्त श्री ब्रज राज के डिया दिनांक 30 जून, 2020 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री ब्रज राज के डिया के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है ।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

F. No. 26/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.—Mr. Braja Raj Kedia, officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Principal Judge, Family Courts (Headquarters), Dwarka, New Delhi shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th June, 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Braja Raj Kedia.
