सं. 27/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिर्वर्षता/2020.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी श्री आलोक अग्रवाल दिनांक 31 मई, 2020 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिर्वर्षता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे ।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री आलोक अग्रवाल के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है ।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

No. 27/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.—Mr. Alok Agarwal, officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st May, 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Alok Agarwal.
