न्या.-05-सह- अति.सत्र.न्या.-(विद्युत), पूर्व, कड़कड़डूमा के रूप में नियुक्त श्री सुररंदर कु मार शर्मा दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2020 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिर्वर्षता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे |
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री सुररंदर कु मार के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है |

No. 73/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.— Mr. Surinder Kumar Sharma, officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as ASJ-05-cum-ASJ (Electricity), East, Karkardooma shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th November, 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Surinder Kumar Sharma.
