सं.74/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवषिता/2020.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में विशेष न्यायाधीश (भ्र.नि. अधिनियम) (सी.बी.आई.)-09, राउज़ एवेन्यु न्यायालय परिसर के रूप में नियुक्त श्री अजय कु मार कु हार दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2020 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवषिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री अजय कु मार कु हार के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है।

No. 74/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.—Mr. Ajay Kumar Kuhar, officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-09, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st December, 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Ajay Kumar Kuhar.
