सं.75/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवषिता/2020.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में जिला न्यायाधीश (वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय), पश्चिम, तीस हजारी न्यायालय के रूप में नियुक्त श्री नरिदर कु मार दिनांक 30 नवंबर, 2020 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवषिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री नरिदर कु मार के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

No.75/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.—Mr. Narinder Kumar, officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge (Commercial Court), West, Tis Hazari Court shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th November, 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Narinder Kumar.
