सं. 89/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवषिता/2020.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में जिला न्यायाधीश (वाणिज्यिक न्यायालय), उत्तर-पूर्व, कड़कड़डूमा के रूप में नियुक्त श्री लक्ष्मी कान्त गौड़ दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2021 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवषिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे।
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री लक्ष्मी कान्त गौड़ के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है।

No. 89/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2020.—Mr. Laxmi Kant Gaur, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge (Commercial Court), North-East, Karkardooma, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st January, 2021 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/departmental proceedings under All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Laxmi Kant Gaur.
