सं. 08/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवर्षिता/2021.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश-03, पूर्व, कड़कड़डूमा, दिल्ली के रूप में नियुक्त श्री सतिंदर कु मार गौतम दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2021 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे। यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री सतिंदर कु मार गौतम के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की सतर्क ता/अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही लंबित नहीं है।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,

No. 08/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2021.—Mr. Satinder Kumar Gautam, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Additional Sessions Judge-03, East, Karkardooma, Delhi, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th April, 2021 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no vigilance/disciplinary proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending against Mr. Satinder Kumar Gautam.
