सं. 17/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिवर्षिता/2022.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, उत्तर-पश्चिम, रोहिणी, दिल्ली के रूप में नियुक्त श्री सुरेश कु मार गुप्ता दिनांक 30 जून, 2022 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिवर्षिता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जायेंगे । यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि श्री सुरेश कु मार गुप्ता के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की अनुशासनीय/ विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित अथवा अवेक्षित नहीं है ।
न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार,
रविंदर डुडेजा, महानिबंधक 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—I] HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 12th April, 2022 No. 17/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2022.—Mr. Suresh Kumar Gupta, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, North-West, Rohini, Delhi shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 30th June, 2022 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Mr. Suresh Kumar Gupta.
