I दिल्ली, 17 नवम्बर, 2022 I I .—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 54 की उप धारा (3) के परन्तुक के उपवाक्य (ii)के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, इस सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 05/2017 -राज्य कर(दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, जिसे सं.फा. 03(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/371, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग- IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था में, निमंलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,
(i) प्रारंभिक पैराग्राफ में, परन्तुक में, उपवाक्य (i) में, शब्द और अंक "क्रम संख्या 1", के स्थाान पर शब्द और अंक
"क्रम संख्या 1कक" को प्रतिस्थौपित किया जाएगा;

(ii) सारणी में क्रम संख्या 1 को अब क्रम संख्या 1कक लिखा जाएगा और इस प्रकार लिखे गए क्रम संख्या 1कक के
पहले निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापपित किया जाएगा, यथाः-

| 1ग. | 1509 | जैतून का तेल और उसके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1घ. | 1510 | अन्या तेल और उनके प्रभाज, जो केवल जैतून से अभिप्राय हैं, चाहे परिष्—सत हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं, जिनके अंतर्गत शीर्ष संख्या 1509 के तेल और उनके प्रभाज के साथ इन तेलों या उनके प्रभाज से सम्मिश्रण हैं। |
| 1ड. | 1511 | ताड़ का तेल और उसके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1च. | 1512 | सूर्यमुखी, कुसंभ या बिनौले का तेल और उनके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1छ | 1513 | नारियल (खोपरा), ताड़ की गिरी या बाबासू का तेल और उनके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1ज | 1514 | तोरिया, कोल्जां या सरसो का तेल और उनके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1झ | 1515 | अन्य अवाष्पशील वनस्पति वसा और तेल (जिनके अंतर्गत जोजोबा का तेल है) और उनके प्रभाज, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित नहीं हैं। |
| 1ण | 1516 | वनस्पहति वसा और तेल और उनके प्रभाज, भागतः या पूर्णतः हाइड्रोजनी—त, अंतःएस्टीस—त, पुनःएस्टी—त, इलोडिनी—त, चाहे परिष्—त हैं या नहीं, किंतु और निर्मित नहीं हैं। |
| 1त | 1517 | शीर्ष संख्या 1516 की खाद्य वसा और तेलों या उनके प्रभाजों से भिन्न, इस अध्याय के वनस्पति या तेलो ं के अथवा विभिन्न वसा या तेलो ं के प्रभाजो ं के खाद्य मिश्रण या निमिर्तियां। |
| 1थ | 1518 | वनस्पति वसा और तेल और उनके प्रभाज, क्वभथित, आक्सी—त, निर्जली—त, सल्फपरी—त, धमित, निर्वात या अक्रिय गैस में ऊष्माल द्वारा बहुलकित या अन्यिथा रासायनिक रूप से उपांतरित, उनको छोड़कर जो शीर्ष संख्या 1516 की के अंतर्गत आते हैं। |
| 1द | 2701 | कोयला; कोयले से निर्मित ब्रिकेट्स, ओवोइड्स और इसी तरह के ठोस ईंधन |
| 1ध | 2702 | लिग्नाइट, जेट को छोड़कर, जमा हुआ है या नहीं |

2. यह अधिसूचना 18 जुलाई, 2022 से लागू होगी।

फा. सं. 03(11)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/377, दिनांक 2 सितंबर, 2019, के तहत तहत
दिल्ली केे राजपत्र, असाधारण- IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 17th November, 2022
No. 09/2022-State Tax (Rate)
F. No. 3 (30)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/897.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 5/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017- 18/DS-VI/371, dated the 30th June, 2017 namely :-
In the said notification,
(i) in the opening paragraph, in the proviso, in clause (i), for the words and figure "serial numbers 1", the words, figure and letters "serial numbers 1AA" shall be substituted;
(ii) in the TABLE, S. No. 1 shall be re-numbered as S. No. 1AA, and before S. No. 1AA as so re-numbered, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

| 1G. | 1513 | Coconut (copra), palm kernel or babassu oil and fractions thereof, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified. |
| 1H. | 1514 | Rape, colza or mustard oil and fractions thereof, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified. |
| 1I. | 1515 | Other fixed vegetable or microbial fats and oils (including jojoba oil) and their fractions, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified. |
| 1J. | 1516 | Vegetable fats and oils and their fractions, partly or wholly hydrogenated, inter-esterified, re- esterified or elaidinised, whether or not refined, but not further prepared. |
| 1K. | 1517 | Edible mixtures or preparations of vegetable fats or vegetable oils or of fractions of different vegetable fats or vegetable oils of this Chapter, other than edible fats or oils or their fractions of heading 1516 |
| 1L. | 1518 | Vegetable fats and oils and their fractions, boiled, oxidised, dehydrated, sulphurised, blown, polymerised by heat in vacuum or in inert gas or otherwise chemically modified, excluding those of heading 1516 |
| 1M. | 2701 | Coal; briquettes, ovoids and similar solid fuels manufactured from coal |
| 1N. | 2702 | Lignite, whether or not agglomerated, excluding jet |
| 1O. | 2703 | Peat (including peat litter), whether or not agglomerated" |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 18thday of July, 2022.
Note:- The principal notification No.5/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/371, dated the 30th June, 2017, and was last amended by notification No. 20/2018 – State Tax (Rate) dated the 2nd September, 2019 published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (11)/Fin(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/377, dated the 2nd September, 2019.
