सं. 56/गजट/पी.एफ./अधिर्वर्षता/2022.—दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी व वतर्मान में पीठासीन अधिकारी (मो.दु.दा.अ.), दक्षिणी जिला, साके त न्यायालय, नई दिल्ली के रूप में नियुक्त श्री अतुल कु मार गर्ग दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2023 (अपराह्न) को 60 वर्ष की अधिर्वर्षता की आयु प्राप्त करने पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा से सेवानिवृत्त हो जाएंगे |
यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है की श्री अतुल कु मार गर्ग के विरुद्ध अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियम, 1969 के अंतर्गत किसी प्रकार की अनुशासनात्मक/विभागीय कार्यवाही लंबित या विचाराधीन नहीं है |

Delhi, the 1st December, 2022
No. 56/Gaz/P.F./Superannuation/2022.—Mr. Atul Kumar Garg, Officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as Presiding Officer (MACT), South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, shall stand retired from Delhi Higher Judicial Service in the afternoon of 31st January, 2023 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.
It is certified that no disciplinary/departmental proceedings under All India Service (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 is pending or contemplated against Mr. Atul Kumar Garg.
