गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 24 फरवरी, 1977 की अधिसूचना सं0 यू-11030/5/76/यूटीएल के साथ पठित सार्वजनिक परिसर (अनाधि—त कब्जाधारियों की बेदखली) अधिनियम 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद् द्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के कलम (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी, जो सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के पद के समकक्ष अधिकारी हैं, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं तथा उक्त अधिकारी उपरोक्त तालिका के कलम (3) में निर्दिष्ट सार्वजनिक परिसर के संबंध में अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र की सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अंतर्गत संपदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सौंपे गए कर्तव्यों का निष्पादन करेंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 6th January, 2023
No. F10 (Misc)/AHC/PWD/2022/238.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act 1971 (40 of 1971), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.U-11030/5/76-UTL dated 24th February, 1977, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below, being an officer equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer of the Government to be Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act and the said officer shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate officer by or under the said Act, within the limits of his/her jurisdiction in respect of the Public Premises specified in Column (3) of the said Table.
