II/281-286.—औषधि नियमावली, 1945 के नियम 2 के खंड (i) के साथ पठित नियम 50 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 10.07.2017 की अधिसूचना फा. सं. 2(6)/06/औ.नि./प्रर्व./पार्ट.फा./खंड-II/34-39 के अधिक्रमण में, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा श्री कमल रंजन चावला, उप-औषधि नियंत्रक को संपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिये उक्त नियमावली के प्रयोजनार्थ इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से तत्काल नियंत्रण प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

File/Vol-II/281-286.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule(2) of Rule 50 read with clause (i) of Rule 2 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, and in supersession of this Government's notification F. No. 2(6)/06/DC/Enft./Pt. File/Vol-II/34-39 dated 10.07.2017, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Kamal Ranjan Chawla, Deputy Drugs Controller, Delhi as the Controlling Authority for the purpose of the said Rules, for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
