राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 31 जनवरी, 2023 213-220.—अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 12 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारं क उनक द्वारा कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से, स्थायी पद पर, यग्यता क क्रम में अस्थायी रूप से दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में नियुक्त करते हैंः-

2. ये नियुक्तियाँ पूर्णतया अस्थायी आधार पर हैं तथा अभ्यर्थियों के चरित्र तथा संबंधित प्राधिकारिय स् अभ्यर्थिय के पूर्ववृत्तों का सत्यापन तथा जाति प्रमाण पत्र /दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र जहां लागू हो, के अनुसार होगी । यदि सत्यापन से यह पता चलता है कि अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति या दिव्यांग श्रेणी, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, से संबंधित दावा गलत है तो बिना किसी आगामी कारणों तथा असत्य प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर भारतीय दंड संहिता के उपबंधों के अधीन की जाने वाली आगामी कार्यवाही पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना सेवा तुरन्त समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
3. उपर्युक्त नियुक्तियाँँ अद्यतन तिथि तक तथा समय-समय पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर यथा लागू अन्य आदेशों/निर्देशों के अनुसार दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के उपबंधों के अनुसार होगी ।
4. दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्य के पद का वेतनमान 7वां सीपीसी संशधित कॉरेस्पॉन्डिंग पे मैट्रिक्स अर पे लेवल के म्ट्रिक्स 13ए के स्तर में 131100-216600 रूपये सामान्य भत्ते जैसा समय-समय पर इस संबंध में लागू हो के अनुसार है।
5. दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में श्री मुरारी सिंह (क्रम संख्या 5 पर) तथा श्री मयंक गर्ग (क्रम संख्या 21 पर) की नियुक्ति रिट याचिका (सिविल) संख्या 703/2023 शीर्षक सुदीप राज स्नी बनाम दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के फैसलों के अधीन होगी।
6. चयनित अभ्यर्थिय की नियुक्ति रिट याचिका (सिविल) संख्या 15705/2022 शीर्षक आशीष रस्तगी बनाम माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के फैसलों के अधीन होगी।

No. F. 1/10/2022-Judl./Suptlaw/213-220.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent posts in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their offices.

2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and antecedents of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of their caste certificate/PH category certificate, where ever applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate.
3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time.
4. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.131100 – 216600 in level 13A of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay matrix and Pay Level plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
5. Further the appointment of Mr. Murari Singh (at Sl. No. 5) and Mr. Mayank Garg (at Sl. No. 21) to DHJS would be subject to the outcome of WP(C) No. 703/2023 titled "Sudeep Raj Saini Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors. 6. The appointment of the selected candidates would also be subject to the outcome of WP(C) No.15705/2022 titled "Ashish Rastogi vs. Hon'ble High Court of Delhi".
