फा. सं. 13(470)/ यु डी /एल बि -1/ एम सी डी /एलेक्शंस /2022/डीडीएलबी/85-90.—अधिसूचना संख्या 13(470)/यु डी/एल बि-1/ एम सी डी/एलेक्शंस /2022/डीडीएलबी/35-40 दिनांक 17.01.2023 के क्रम में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के उपराज्यपाल, धारा 32 के अनुसार नवगठित दिल्ली नगर निगम के पार्षदों की शपथ के लिए दिल्ली नगर निगम की बैठक 06.02.2023 को प्रातः 11.00 बजे अरुणा आसफ अली सभागार, 4th फ्लोर, 'एʼ ब्लॉक, डॉ.श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी सिविक सेंटर, जे.एल.एन. मार्ग, नई दिल्ली पर आयोजित करते हैं। नवगठित निगम, अधिनियम की धारा 35 में यथापेक्षित महापौर के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे। निर्वाचित महापौर अध्यक्ष का आसन ग्रहण करेंगे और अधिनियम की धारा 35(1) तथा 45(1)(i) में यथाअपेक्षित उप-महापौर तथा स्थायी समिति के छह: सदस्यों के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे। निगम सचिव, एम सी डी इस आशय की अपेक्षित सूचना जारी करेंगे।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, अमिताभ कु ं डू, उप निदेशक (एल बी-1) 740 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 2nd February, 2023

F. No. 13(470)/UD/LB-1/MCD Elections/2022/DDLB/85-90.—In continuation of the notification No. 13(470)/UD/LB-1/MCD Elections/2022/DDLB/35-40 dated 17/01/2023, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to convene the meeting of the newly constituted Municipal Corporation of Delhi on 06.02.2023 at 11.00 am at Aruna Asaf Ali Sabhagar, 4th floor, 'A' block, Dr. S.P. Mukherjee Civic Centre, J. L. N. Marg, New Delhi for election of the Mayor, as required by section 35 of the Act. The Mayor so elected will then assume the chair and proceed to conduct the election of the Deputy Mayor and six members of the Standing Committee as required under section 35(1) and 45(1)(i) of the Act respectively. The Municipal Secretary, MCD will issue the required notice in this behalf.
