फा. सं. 3(III)/12/एडमिन III/ संविधि संशोधन/आईजीडीटीयुडब्ल्यू/2021/320.—इंदिरा गाँधी दिल्ली महिला तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2012 (2012 की दिल्ली अधिनियम सं० 9) की धारा 30 के प्रावधानों के अनुकरण में विश्वविद्यालय प्रबंधन मंडल एतदद्वारा कु लाधिपति की पूर्व अनुमति से वित्त नियंत्रक की नियुक्ति के सबंध में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाते है :-
1) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ होने की तारिख :(i) इसे इंदिरा गाँधी दिल्ली महिला तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय (संशोधन) संविधि , 2023 कहा जायेगा जो वित्त नियंत्रक की नियुक्ति से संबद्ध है l
ii) यह संविधि आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगा l 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2) संविधि संशोधन -9(1) में इंदिरा गाँधी दिल्ली महिला तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय, प्रथम संविधि 2012 के आलोक में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाते है: - "वित्त नियंत्रक-9 (1) वित्त नियंत्रक की नियुक्ति प्रबंधन बोर्ड द्वारा गठित चयन समिति की सिफारिशों के आधार पर प्रबंधन बोर्ड द्वारा की जाएगी l वित्त नियंत्रक विश्वविद्यालय का पूर्णकालिक वेतनभोगी अधिकारी होगा और कु लपति के नियंत्रण में कार्य करेगा l "
3) प्रथम संविधि 2012, संविधि 9 की शेष उप-कड़िकायें यथावत रहेंगी l

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 10th February, 2023
No. F. 3(III)/12/ADMINIII/STATUTE AMENDMENT/IGDTUW/2021/320.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 30 of the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women Act, 2012 (Delhi Act No. 9 of 2012), the Board of Management of Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, with the prior approval of the Chancellor, hereby makes the following amendment in Statute-9 (1) of First Statute 2012 relating to appointment of Controller of Finance, namely: -
1. Short Title and Commencement- (i) This Statute may be called the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (Amendment) Statute, 2023, Related to Appointment of Controller Finance.
(ii) It shall come into force on the date of the publication in the official Gazette.
2. Amendment to Statute-9 (1) in the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, First Statute 2012, the following shall be amended, namely: -
"The Controller of Finance- 9(1) The Controller of Finance shall be appointed by the Board of Management on the recommendations of the Selection Committee constituted by Board of Management. The Controller of Finance shall be the whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall work under the control of the Vice- Chancellor."
3. The rest of sub- clauses in the Statute 9 of First Statute 2012 shall remain the same.
