राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी, 2023 .—संविधान क अनुच्छेद 309 क परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियं एवं गृह मंत्र्ाालय भारत सरकार की दिनांक 29 मई, 1970 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2/70/डीएच(एस) तथा दिनांक 25 जुलाई, 1970 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2/70/डीएच (एस) द्वारा यथासंशोधित क साथ पठित और इस संबंध में सशक्त बनाने वाली अन्य समस्त शक्तियों का प्रयग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 की अनुसूची समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित, क निम्न अनुसूची से प्रतिस्थापित करते हैंः- 11 01 1. प्रधान जिला व सत्र्ा न्यायाधीश 2. प्रधान जिला व सत्र्ा न्यायाधीश-सह-विश्ष न्यायाधीश (पी०सी० एक्ट) (सी०बी०आई०)
