I दिल्ली, 17 फरवरी, 2023 I I .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 164 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद्‌ की सिफ़ारिशों पर, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर (तीसरा संशोधन) नियम, 2022 है। 1.

(2) इन नियमों में अन्यथा उपबंधित के सिवाय, ये नियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे। 2. दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017, (जिसे इसमें इसके बाद उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, प्ररूप में, शीर्षक अनुदेश के अधीन, पैरा 7 में, - (क) शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से सितंबर, 2022 के बीच प्ररूप में" के स्थान पर शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से अक्टूबर, 2022 के प्ररूप में 30 नवंबर 2022 तक" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

(ख) सारणी में, दूसरे स्तंभ में, -1039 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (I) क्रम संख्या 10 और 11 के सामने, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 सितंबर, 2022 के प्ररुप के स्थान पर शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से अक्टूबर, 2022 के, 30 नवंबर, 2022 तक फ़ाइल किए गए प्ररुप जीएसटीआर-1" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; (II) क्रम संख्या 12 के सामने, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से सितंबर, 2022 के महीनों के लिए" के स्थान पर शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से अक्टूबर, 2022 के महीनों के लिए, 30 नवंबर, 2022 तक" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

(III) क्रम संख्या 13 के सामने, शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से सितंबर, 2022 के महीनों के लिए" के स्थान पर शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंको "अप्रैल, 2022 से अक्टूबर, 2022 के महीनों के लिए, 30 नवंबर, 2022 तक" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा । मूल नियम दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग-IV में अधिसूचना सं. 03(10)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/ 2017-18/ डीएस-VI/342, तारीख 22 जून, 2017 के माध्यम से प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 19/2022-राज्य कर, तारीख 16/01/2023 द्वारा सांख्य सं. फा. 03(34)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/ 2022-23/डीएस- I/35 तारीख 16/01/2023 द्वारा किये गए थे।

NOTIFICATION

No. 22/2022-State Tax

No. F. 3(35)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/134.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, they shall come into force w.e.f 15th November, 2022.

2. In the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in FORM GSTR-9, under the heading Instructions, in paragraph 7, -

(A) for the figures, letters and words "between April, 2022 to September, 2022", the figures, letters and words "of April, 2022 to October, 2022 filed upto 30th November, 2022" shall be substituted;

(B) in the Table, in second column, -

(I) against serial numbers 10 & 11, for the figures and words "April, 2022 to September, 2022", the figures, letters and words "April, 2022 to October, 2022 filed upto 30th November, 2022" shall be substituted;

(II) against serial number 12, for the figures and words "April 2022 to September 2022", the figures, letters and words "April, 2022 to October, 2022 upto 30th November, 2022" shall be substituted;

(III) against serial number 13, for the figures and words "April 2022 to September 2022", the figures, letters and words "April, 2022 to October, 2022 upto 30th November, 2022" shall be substituted.

Note : The principal rules were published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide notification No.F.3(10)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/342 dated 22nd June, 2017 and last amended, vide notification No.19/2022 -State Tax, dated the 16/01/2023, vide number No. F. 3 (34)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/35 dated the 16/01/2023.
