400-407.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को नियुक्त/पदोन्नत करते हैंः- (1) दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 7(1)(क) के अन्तर्गत 65 प्रतिशत पदोन्नति कोटा के अधीन भरी जाने वाली दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा की 4 नियमित रिक्तियों पर उनकी नियमित पदोन्नति हेतु दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित 4 अधिकारियों को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियुक्त किया जाता है तथा दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उन्हें परवीक्षा पर रखा जाता हैः-
1. श्री सुशील कुमार
2. श्री राकेश कुमार रामपुरी
3. सुश्री अंकिता लाल
4. सुश्री श्रेया अरोड़ा मेहता

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (2) दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत उनके अपेक्षित शपथ पत्र पर 16 फास्ट ट्रेक विशेष न्यायालयों की स्थापना हेतु प्रारम्भिक दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अस्थाई/संविदात्मक आधार पर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत फास्ट ट्रैक विशेष न्यायालयों में दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा की 4 परिणामिक नियुक्तियों के लिए दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के निम्नलिखित 4 अधिकारियों को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्ति/पदोन्नति की जाती हैः-
1. सुश्री अर्चना बेनीवाल
2. श्री जितेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह
3. सुश्री श्यामा गुप्ता
4. सुश्री अंजनी महाजन
तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के संवर्ग में उपरोक्त अधिकारियों को विलयन या वरिष्ठता का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी तथा ऐसे फास्ट टै्रक विशेष न्यायालयों के बन्द होने की स्थिति में ऐसे अधिकारी दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा के अपने मूल संवर्ग में वापिस आ जाएंगे।

No. F. 6/18/2020-Judl./Suptlaw/400-407.—The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote the following officers:-
(1) For the appointment of the following 4 officers of Delhi Judicial Service for their regular promotion to Delhi Higher Judicial Service against 4 regular vacancies to be filled under 65% promotion quota under Rule 7(1) (a) of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 w.e.f. the date they assume charge of the office and to place them on probation in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service as per the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970:-
1. Mr. Sushil Kumar
2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Rampuri
3. Ms. Ankita Lal
4. Ms. Shreya Arora Mehta
(2) For the appointment/promotion on ad hoc basis of the following 4 officers of Delhi Judicial Service to Delhi Higher Judicial Service against 4 resultant vacancies in Fast Track Special Courts sanctioned by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi on temporary/contractual basis for an initial period of two years for setting up of 16 Fast Track Special Courts on their furnishing requisite undertaking to Delhi High Court, from the date they assume charge of the office:-
1. Ms. Archana Beniwal
2. Mr. Jitendra Pratap Singh
3. Ms. Shama Gupta
4. Ms. Anjani Mahajan[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 The promotion on ad hoc basis shall not confer any right of absorption or seniority on the aforesaid officers in the cadre of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and in case of discontinuation of such Fast Track Special Courts, such officers shall revert back to their substantive Cadre of Delhi Judicial Service.
