—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2 बीघा 4.5 बिस्वा, का 0.1876 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र सम्मिलित है । मानव पारिस्थितिकी विद्यालय, अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, लोथियन रोड, कश्मीरी गेट, दिल्ली-110006 को दिनांक 3/3/2023 की अधिसूचना सं0फा0 9(7)/एल एडं बी/एल.ए/2016/7703 के द्वारा पूर्वोक्त भूमि के संबंध में सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन का अध्ययन करने के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।
आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आंकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में जारी होने की तिथि से छह माह होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर एवं जिला कलेक्टर ( दक्षिण-पश्चिम), कापसहेडा़, नई दिल्ली-110037 के कार्यालय में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 3rd March, 2023
F. No. 9(7)/L&B/LA/2016/7714.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740 (E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose, which has already been utilized in road by requisitioning department i.e. Delhi Development Authority in village Bharthal of South West revenue district. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 0.1876 Hectare of Khasra No.4//21 measuring 2 Bigha 4.5 Biswa of revenue estate of Village Bharthal . The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 has been assigned as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification no. 9(7)/L&B/LA/2016/7703 dated 3/3/2023 Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (South West), Kapashera, New Delhi 110037.
