राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 3 मार्च, 2023 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] लिए मानव परिस्थितिकी विद्यालय, अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय, लोधी रोड, कश्मीरी गेट, दिल्ली-110006 को दिनांक 3/3/2023. की अधिसूचना सं0 9(35)/भूमि एवं भवन/ भूमि अध्रिग्रहण/2021/7726 के द्वारा सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलंन इकाई के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।
आगे, सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का मुख्य उद्देश्य आवश्यकतानुसार सर्वेक्षण तथा जन-सुनवाई के लिए हित धारकों तथा जनता से परामर्श करना है। सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव प्रबंधन योजना के लिए समयावधि इस अधिसूचना के आधिकारिक राजपत्र मेंं प्रकाशन कि तिथि से छह माह होगी तथा इसे प्रभावी क्षेत्रों में विशिष्ट स्थानों पर तथा जिला कलेक्टर (उत्तर), अलीपुर, नई दिल्ली-110006 कार्यालय में, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, वेबसाइट, पोस्टर, सूचना-पत्र एवं जन-सुनवाई के माध्यम से प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 3rd March, 2023
F. No. 9(35)/L&B/LA/2021/7738.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014, read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740 (E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, intends to acquire land for public purpose for construction of decentralized sewage treatment plant and pumping station for Delhi Jal Board. The land to be acquired for this purpose is 950 square meter of khasra number 541 of revenue village Jhangola. The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi – 110006 has been assigned as Social Impact Assessment Unit to carry out social impact assessment study in relation to aforesaid land vide Notification no. 9(35)/ L&B/ LA/2021/7726 dated 03/03/2023.
Further, the main objectives of Social Impact Assessment are consultation with stake holders and public, survey and public hearing wherever required. The time period for Social Impact Assessment report and Social Impact Management Plan will be six months from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette and same will be disclosed by the way of websites, posters, leaflets and public hearing as the case may be at the conspicuous places in affected areas, and in the office of District Collector (North), Alipur New Delhi 110006.
