राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 3 मार्च, 2023 — गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. एस.ओ. 2740 (ई) एवं दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2015 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 2004 (ई) के साथ पठित भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार (सामाजिक प्रभाव, आकलन एवं अनुज्ञा) नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिनांक 13 जून 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ. 8/2/9/2015/भूमि एवं भवन/भूमि अधि./2373 द्वारा भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अध्ययन तथा सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन प्रतिवेदन तैयार करने हेतु भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 को सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन इकाई के रूप में चिह्नित करते हैं, जिसे दिल्ली 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] जल बोर्ड सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए उत्तर राजस्व जिले के राजस्व गांव बख्तावरपुर पर विकेंद्रीकृत सीवेज उपचार संयत्र तथा पम्पिंग स्टेशन के निर्माण हेतु अधिग्रहण करने का प्रयोजन रखता है भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान, इंद्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, रिंग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110002 भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास एवं पुनःस्थापन में उचित प्रतिपूर्ति एवं पारदर्शिता का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन का अध्ययन इस अधिसूचना के आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से छह माह की अवधि के भीतर करेंगे।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 3rd March, 2023
F. No. 9(36)/L&B/LA/2021/7751.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair's Notification No. S.O.2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, read with S.O. 2004 (E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the Indian Institute of Public Administration ,Indraprastha Estate ,Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F8/2/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June 2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for acquisition of land, which the Delhi Jal Board intends to acquire land for public purpose for construction of decentralized sewage treatment plant and pumping station at Bakhtawar Pur revenue village of North revenue district.
The Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, Ring Road, New Delhi-110002 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
