राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 9 मार्च, 2023 dsadvice/131-139.—भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा दिनांक 14 फरवरी, 2023 को मिली सहमति के पश्चात्‌ राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा का निम्नलिखित अधिनियम जनसाधारण की सूचनार्थ प्रकाशित किया जाता हैः- 4 जुलाई 2022 को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा यथा पारित)

[9th March, 2023] राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली विधानसभा में अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के (वेतन तथा भो )े अधिनियम, 1994 में पुनः संशोधन करने के लिए। भारत गणराज्य के तिहत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो :-

(1) इस अधिनियम को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली विधानसभा में अध्यक्ष एवं 1. उपाध्यक्ष के (वेतन तथा भो ) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 कहा जायेगा । 1606 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (2) यह उप-राज्यपाल द्वारा शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा यथानियत तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा में अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के (वेतन तथा भो) अधिनियम, 1994 (1995 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 7) (इसके पश्चात ''मूल अधिनियम'' के रूप में संदर्भित) की धारा 3 के लिए निम्नलिखित धारा को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; अर्थात्‌-

''(3) अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष ऐसे वेतन, भत्ते तथा अन्य पात्रताओं को प्राप्त करने के पात्र होंगे जैसा कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्री (वेतन तथा भत्ते) अधिनियम, 1994 के अंतर्गत किसी मंत्री को ग्राह्य है। '' 3. मूल अधिनियम में धारा 4, धारा 5 तथा धारा 6 का लोप किया जाएगा और धारा 7, धारा 8 एवं धारा 9 का पुनःक्रमांकन किया जाएगा जैसा कि क्रमशः धारा 4, धारा 5 तथा धारा 6 में किया गया है।

F.14/(69)/LA-2020/dsadvice/131-139.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the President of India on 14th February, 2023 and is hereby published for general information:-

"THE SPEAKER AND DEPUTY SPEAKER OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE NATIONAL

CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI (SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023"

(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 4th July, 2022).

[9th March 2023] An Act to further to amend the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1994.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title, and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Act, 2023.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Lieutenant, Governor may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.

2. Amendment of section 3. – In the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 7 of 1995) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for section 3, the following section shall be substituted, namely:-

"(3) The Speaker and Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to receive a salary, allowances, and such other

entitlements as are admissible to a Minister under the Ministers of the Government of the National Capital

Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1994.".

3. Omission of section 4 and section 5 and re-numbering of section 7 and section 8. – In the principal Act, section 4, section 5 and section 6 shall be omitted, and section 7, section 8 and section 9 shall be re-numbered as section 4, section 5 and section 6, respectively.
