राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 9 मार्च, 2023 dsadvice/176-184.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली विधानसभा में अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष के (वेतन तथा भो) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, २०२३ (२०२३ का दिल्ली अधिनियम ०6) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, 14 फरवरी, 2023 उक्त अधिनियम को प्रवृत होने की तिथि निश्चित करते हैं ।

No. F. 14(69)/LA-2020/dsadvice/176-184.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No. 6 of 2023), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby, appoints the 14th February, 2023 as the date on which the aforesaid Act shall come into force.
