सं. एफ. 4(354)/जीओसी/ईडीएन./2014/3146-3155.—दिल्ली स्कू ल शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 18) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल को यह स्वीकृ ति देते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है कि प्रधान सचिव (कानून), न्याय और विधायी कार्य) पीठासीन अधिकारी दिल्ली स्कू ल ट्रिब्यूनल का प्रभार देखेंगे, जब तक नियमित पीठासीन अधिकारी की नियुक्ति नहीं हो जाती।
जब भी दिल्ली स्कू ल ट्रिब्यूनल में पीठासीन अधिकारी की रिक्ति होगी तो यह व्यवस्था मान्य होगी।

No. F. 4(354)/GOC/Edn./2014/3146-3155.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) & (2) of Section 11 of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 (18 of 1973), the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to approve that the Principal Secretary (Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs) to look after the charge of the Presiding Officer, Delhi School Tribunal, till the time regular Presiding Officer is appointed.
This arrangement shall be valid whenever there is a vacancy of the Presiding Officer to Delhi School Tribunal.
