अद्यतन संशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 7(1)(क) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से श्री अजय सिंह शेखावत तथा सुश्री न्याय बिन्दु को दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा में उनके तत्काल कनिष्ठों की दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में पदोन्नति कीे तारीख से नियमित आधार पर अनुमानतः नियुक्त /पदोन्नत करते हैं । यद्यपि यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि उन्हें कोई बकाया ग्राह्य नहीं होगा ।

No. F. 6/18/2020- Judl./ Suptlaw/545-552.—In Pursuance of the provisions of Rule 7(1)(a) of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi is pleased to appoint/promote Mr. Ajay Singh Shekhawat and Ms. Niyay Bindu on regular basis notionally, with effect from the date their immediate juniors in Delhi Judicial Service were promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service. However, it is made clear that no arrears would be admissible to them.
