II दिल्ली, 14 मार्च, 2023 II .—जबकि, एफ ब्लॉक, ईस्ट ऑॅफ कैलाश, नई दिल्ली में दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल के पास यातायात के सुचारू प्रवाह और स्कूली बच्चों एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है़;

अतः मैं, शिवे केसरी सिंह, उपायुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय-2) दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन व

अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्‌द्वारा दिल्ली पब्लिक

स्कूल, एफ ब्लॉक, ईस्ट ऑफ कैलाश के सामने संत नगर टी- प्वॉइंट से एफ ब्लॉक की ओर जाने वाली सड़क पर नीचे दिए

गए समय के दौरान सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए एकतरफा मार्ग घोषित करता हूॅंः-

1़. प्रातः 7ः30 बजे से 8ः15 बजे तक

2़. प्रातः 11ः15 बजे से दोपहर 1ः00 बजे तक

सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों व 1724 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] थानो दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्‌टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी । सबंधित अधिकरण एवम्‌ सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम्‌ सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्‌ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।

यह अधिसूचना पिछली अधिसूचना जो कि संख्या 16070-16220/या. अभि. शा(डी-2)/यातायात दिनांक 05.10.2001

द्वारा जारी की गई थी का अधिक्रमण करती है और तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगी ।

मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनांॅक 14/03/2023 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 14th March, 2023

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-992.—Whereas, it is necessary to ensure smooth flow of traffic, convenience and safety of school children and other road users near Delhi Public School, F-Block, East of Kailash, New Delhi;

Now, therefore, I, S.K. Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic, (HQ-II), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic for all type of motor vehicles on road leading from Sant Nagar T-Point towards F-Block infront of Delhi Public School, F-Block, East of Kailash, during the timings mentioned below:-

1. From 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM

2. From 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the offices of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi / New Delhi.

The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.

This notification supersedes previous notification issued vide No. 16070-16220/TE(D-II)/Traffic dated 05.10.2001 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
