राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 16 फरवरी, 2023 .—हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 21 (1) के साथ पठित दिल्ली राज्य हज समिति नियम, 2006 की धारा 5 के अनुसार दिल्ली राज्य हज समीति के सदस्यों की बैठक दिनांक 16.02.2023 को प्रधान सचिव, (राजस्व) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुई जिसमें श्रीमती कौसर जहां को दिल्ली राज्य हज कमेटी का अध्यक्ष चुना गया।
अतः माननीय उप-राज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के द्वारा हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का
35) की धारा की उप धारा (3) के अन्तर्गत प्रदान की गई शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुये श्रीमती कौसर जहां को दिल्ली
राज्य हज समिति का अध्यक्ष के रूप में अधिसूचित किया जाता है।

Delhi, the 16th February, 2023
F. No. DSHC/009/2018-19/220.—In terms of Section 21 (1) of the Haj Committee Act 2002 read with Rules of 5 of Delhi State Haj Committee Rules, 2006 a meeting of the members of the Delhi State Haj Committee was held on 16-02-2023 under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary (Revenue) Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. In the said meeting Ms. Kausar Jahan was elected as the Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
Now, in exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby notified Ms. Kausar Jahan as the Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
