फा. सं. 03(38)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/231.—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, इस सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 02/2017-राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017- 18/डीएस-VI/374, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,अनुसूची में

(i) क्रमांक 102 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा: -"जलीय फ़ीड समेत झींगा फ़ीड और झींगा फ़ीड, पोल्ट्री फ़ीड और पशु फ़ीड सहित घास, घास और पुआल, पूरक और योजक, गेहूं की भूसी और डी-ऑइल के क [चावल की भूसी से भिन्न]"; 1889 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ii) क्रमांक 102ख और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियों को अंत:स्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा:-

"102ग	2302, 2309	चिल्का सहित दालों की भूसी, चुन्नी या चूरी, खंडा सहित सांद्र"।

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 जनवरी, 2023 से लागू होगी।

नोट: प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 02/2017-राज्य (दर), को सं.फा.03(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/374, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 07/2022–राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(29)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/896, दिनांक 17 नवंबर, 2022 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IVमें प्रकाशित किया गया था के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है।

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 21st March, 2023

No. 13/2022-State Tax (Rate)

F. No. 3 (38)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/231.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments inthis Government's Notification No.2/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS- VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification,in the Schedule, -

(i) against S. No. 102, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - "Aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed and cattle feed, including grass, hay and straw, supplement and additives, wheat bran and de-oiled cake [other than rice bran]";

(ii) after S. No. 102B and the entries relating thereto, following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -

"102C	2302, 2309	Husk of pulses including Chilka, Concentrates including chuni or churi, Khanda".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2023.

Note: - The principal notification No.2/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017and was last amended by notification No. 07/2022 – State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (29)/Fin(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/896, dated the 17th November, 2022.
