सं. फा. 03(39)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/229.—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03), की धारा 9 की उप धारा (3) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, इस सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 4/2017-राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/372, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रमांक 3क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा:-

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 जनवरी, 2023 से लागू होगी।
नोट : प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 4/2017-राज्य कर (दर), को सं.फा.03(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/372, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 10/2021-राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(149)/वित्त(व्यय-I)/2021-22/डीएस-I/36,दिनांक 10 मार्च, 2022, के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 21st March, 2023
No. 14/2022-State Tax (Rate)
No. F. 3 (39)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/229.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this Government's Notification, No.4/2017- State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/372, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, for S. No. 3A and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: -

| ''3A. | 33012400, 330125 10, 3301 25 20, 3301 25 30, 3301 25 40, 3301 25 90 | Following essential oils other than those of citrus fruitnamely: - (a) Of peppermint (Menthapiperita); (b) Of other mints : Spearmint oil (ex-menthaspicata), Water mint-oil (ex-mentha aquatic), Horsemint oil (ex-menthasylvestries), Bergament oil (ex-menthacitrate), Mentha arvensis | Any unregistered person | Any registered person". |
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1stday of January, 2023.
Note: - The principal notification No.4/2017-State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/372, dated the 30th June, 2017 and was last amended by notification No. 10/2021-State Tax(Rate) published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (149)/Fin(Exp-I)/2021-22/DS-I/36, dated the 10th March, 2022.
