राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 24 मार्च, 2023 - —गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू -11011/2/74-यू टी एल (i) के साथ पठित आपराधिक प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के माननीय उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक न्यायधिकरण, दिल्ली के निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को दिल्ली के महानगर क्षेत्र में उनके वर्तमान पद पर बने रहने तक या अगामी आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं । 1. श्री प्रशांत कुलकर्णी उप पंजीयक

No.F.18/73/2015/Home (G)/800-809:—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following Officers of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi to be the Executive Magistrates in Metropolitan Area of Delhi, till they hold the present post or till further orders, whichever is earlier:-
1. Shri Prashant Kulkarni Deputy Registrar
2. Shri Praveen Kumar Satija Deputy Registrar
3. Smt. Kanchan Sharma Deputy Registrar
