राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 10 अप्रैल, 2023 th .—दिल्ली व्यावसायिक महाविद्यालयों या संस्थानों (समानता एवं उत्कृष्टता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु कैपिटेशन शुल्क प्रतिबंध, प्रवेश के विनियमन, शोषण रहित शुल्क का निर्धारण और अन्य उपाय) अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 8) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली में विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रम करवाने वाले निजी प्रबंधाधीन संस्थाओं में पाठ्क्रमों के लिए शुल्क निर्धारित करने के उद्देश्य से अधिसूचना संख्या एफ.डीएचइ.18(18)/ 5th एसएफआरसी/2020-21/472-83 दिनॉंक 12 फरवरी, 2020 के द्वारा 5वीं राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति (एसएफआरसी) का गठन किया गया था । इसके अतिरिक्त अधिसूचना सं0 डीएचइ.4(11)/5th एसएफआरसी/2021/1772-82 दिनॉंक 04.04.2022 के द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति (एसएफआरसी) द्वारा अनुशंसित शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2022-25 के लिए प्रस्तावित शुल्क को शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2022-23, 2023-24 और 2024-25 के लिए अधिसूचित किया गया है ।
मान्नीय उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली के अनुमोदन के अनुपालन में 5वीं राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति (एसएफआरसी) ने वर्ष 2022-23 में हाल ही में आयोजित जे.ए.सी. (JAC) की रेटिंग के प्रभाव को शामिल करने के लिए 23 पूर्व डाउनग्रेड किये गये कालेजों/संस्थानों के मामलो की समीक्षा और पुनर्मूल्यांकन किया गया जिसमें से केवल 03 महाविद्यालयों को अगले उच्च ग्रेड में क्रमोन्नत किया ।

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] अब, उपरोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (3) और (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करते हैं कि शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2022-23, 2023-24 और 2024-25 के लिए 5वीं राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति (एसएफआरसी), द्वारा संशोधित (Revised) प्रस्तावित शुल्क गुरू गोबिंद सिंह इन्द्रप्रस्थ विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध 03 क्र्रमोन्नत (upgraded) गैर-सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों में पाठ्यक्रमों को आगे बढ़ानें के लिए तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 10th April, 2023
F. No. DHE 4(11)/5th SFRC/2021/2148-58.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had constituted 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee vide Notification Number F.DHE 18(18)/5thSFRC/2020-21/472-83 dated the 12th February, 2020 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Further, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has notified the fee proposed for the academic Years 2022-2025, recommended by the State Fee Regulatory Committee for the academic Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 vide Notification dated 04.04.2022.
In compliance of the approval of Hon'ble Lt. Governor, Delhi, the 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee reviewed and reassessed the cases of 23 earlier downgraded colleges/institutions to incorporate the effect of ratings of recent JAC held in the Year 2022-23 and upgraded only 03 colleges into the next higher grades.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies, that the proposed revised fee recommended by the 5th State Fee Regulatory Committee, shall be implemented forthwith for pursuing courses in only 03 upgraded unaided institutions affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for the academic years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
