राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 2 मई, 2023 मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण नियमावली, 2014 के नियम 12 के साथ पठित मानव अंग एवं उत्तक प्रत्यारोपण अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 42) की धारा 9 की उप धारा (4) के खण्ड (ख) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा र्फोटिस एस्कोर्टस हृदय संस्थान एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र लि0, ओखला रोड़, नई दिल्ली के संबंध में दिनांक 05 दिसम्बर, 2016 की अधिसूचना फा0 सं0 एए/डीओटीसी/2015/प्राधि0 समिति/3030/2036-45 के अनुसार दिल्ली राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-IV में प्रकाशित इस सरकार की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा र्फोटिस एस्कोर्टस हृदय संस्थान एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र लि0, ओखला रोड़, नई दिल्ली के लिए शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्राधिकार समिति का पुर्नगठन करते हैं, समिति में निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति शामिल होंगे, अर्थात् :-

Comm./3030/1875-1883.—In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with rule 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of the notification of this Government, published in the Gazette of Delhi Extraordinary, Part-IV vide No. F. No. AA/DOTC/2015/Auth. Comm./3030/2036-45 dated 5thDecember 2016 relates to Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Ltd. Okhla Road, New Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby re-constitutes the authorization committee consisting of following persons for Fortis Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Ltd.
