राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 4 मई, 2023 राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में यथाप्रवृत्त पंजाब न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1918 की धारा 20 क उपबंधों क अन्तर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली क उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय की संस्तुति क आधार पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा क निम्नलिखित अधिकारियं क प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश नियुक्त करते हैः- 1 सुश्री मधु ज्न, ज ठीक नीचे क नियम क अंतगर्त पहले से ही प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश है, की नियुक्ति नियमित आधार पर प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश क रूप में श्री गिरीश कठपालिया क दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय क न्यायाधीश मे पदन्नत हन् की तिथि स् ; तथा
2 सुश्री रेणु भटनागर की नियुक्ति, प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश क रूप में उनक द्वारा कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से नियमित आधार पर; तथा
3 श्री विरेन्द्र कुमार बंसल की नियुक्ति, प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश क रूप में ठीक नीचे क नियम क अंतगर्त उनक द्वारा कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से।

Delhi, the 4th May, 2023
No. F. 6/1/2015-Judl./ Suptlaw/913-921.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges, as under: -
1. Appointment of Ms. Madhu Jain, already Principal District Judge under next below rule, as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date Mr. Girish Kathpalia elevates as a Judge of Delhi High Court; and
2. Appointment of Ms. Renu Bhatnagar as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date she takes over; and
3. Appointment of Mr. Virender Kumar Bansal as Principal District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over.
