जबकि, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में तकनीकी शिक्षा बोर्ड से संबद्व डिप्लोमा स्तरीय तकनीकी शिक्षा संस्थानों में विभिन्न पाठ्‌यक्रमों की पेशकश करने वाले निजी रूप से प्रबंधित संस्थानों में पाठ्‌यक्रमों हेतु शुल्क निर्धारण के प्रयोजनार्थ दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2022 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा0सं0 16(193)/एसएफआरसी/डीडी(टीई)/2018-19/73-84 द्वारा राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति का गठन किया था। आगे राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकासर ने निर्णय लिया है कि शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24, 2024-25 एंव 2025-26 के लिए चतुर्थ राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति द्वारा यथा अनुशंसित प्रस्तावित शुल्क को अधिसूचित किया जाए।

अब, दिल्ली डिप्लोमा स्तरीय तकनीकी शिक्षा संस्थान (समानता और उत्कृष्टता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु कैपिटेशन शुल्क का प्रतिबंध, प्रवेश के विनियमन, शोषण रहित शुल्क का निर्धारण तथा अन्य उपाय) अधिनियम 2007, (2007 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 7) की धारा 6 की उपधारा (3) तथा (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा अधिसूचित करते है कि चतुर्थ राज्य शुल्क विनियामन समिति द्वारा यथा अनुशंसित, शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24, 2024-25 एवं 2025-26 के लिए प्रस्तावित शुल्क को डिप्लोमा पाठ्‌यक्रमों में शिक्षा प्रदान कर रहे तकनीकी शिक्षा बोर्ड दिल्ली से संबद्व गैर-सहायता प्राप्त डिप्लोमा स्तरीय तकनीकी शिक्षा संस्थानों के लिए तत्काल लागू किया जाएगा। 3042 DG/2023

ये शुल्क संरचना प्रतिभूति शुल्क, छात्र गतिविधि शुल्क एवं परीक्षा शुल्क में शामिल नहीं है, जिसे समिति द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क संरचना के ऊपर तथा अधिक सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया है। राज्य शुल्क नियामक समिति द्वारा यथा अनुशंसित शुल्क के संशोधन के लिए निजी रूप से प्रबंधित संस्थानों की ग्रेडिंग निम्नानुसार है :-

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार ने दिनांक 08.04.2016 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 161/8/शुल्क संरचना/डीटीटीई/ 2014-15/341-352 के द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में तकनीकी शिक्षा बोर्ड से संबद्ध डिप्लोमा स्तर तकनीकी शिक्षा संस्थानों में विभिन्न पाठ्‌यक्रमों की पेशकश करने वाले निजी रूप से प्रबंधित संस्थानों में पाठ्‌यक्रमों हेतु तृतीय राज्य शुल्क विनियामक समिति द्वारा अनुशंसित अनुमोदित शुल्क संरचना को अधिसूचित किया गया। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के उपराज्यपाल

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 8th May, 2023

No. F. 161(2)/Acad./4th SFRC/2022/CD-033686316/2111.—Whereas, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had constituted State Fee Regulatory Committee vide Notification Number F. No. 161(93)/SFRC/DD (TE)/2018-19/73-84 dated the 31st January, 2022 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the diploma level technical education institutions affiliated to the Board of Technical Education in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Further, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided that the fee proposed for the academic Years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 as recommended by the Fourth State Fee Regulatory Committee be notified.

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of Section 6 of the Delhi Diploma Level Technical Education Institutions (Prohibitions of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non Exploitative Fee and other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007, (Delhi Act 7 of 2007), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies, that the proposed fee for the academic years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, as recommended by the Fourth State Fee Regulatory Committee, shall be implemented forthwith for unaided diploma level technical education institutions affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Delhi imparting education in diploma courses.

** These Fee Structure are exclusive of Security Fee, Student Activities Fees and Examination Fees, which has been approved by the Government over and above the fee structure decided by the Committee.

Grading of the Privately Managed Institutes for revision of Fee as recommended by State Fee Regulatory Committee as under:-

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi notified the approved fee structure recommended by Third State Fee Regulatory Committee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the diploma level technical education institutions affiliated to the Board of Technical Education in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide notification no. F.161/8/FEE STRUCTURE/DTTE/2014-15/341-352 dated 08.04.2016.
