I दिल्ली, 25 मई, 2023 I I .—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, इस सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 2/2017-राज्य कर (दर), जिसे सं.फा.03(15)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस-VI/374, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की,अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 94 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) में, मद (ii) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टि को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
''(iii) राब, उनसे भिन्न जिन्हें प्री-पैकेज्ड और लेबल किया गया हो '';
2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 2/2017-राज्य कर (दर), को सं. फा. 03 (15)/वित्त(राजस्व-I)/2017-18/ डीएस-VI/374, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 13/2022-राज्यकर (दर), जिसे सं. फा. 03(38)/वित्त (व्यय-I)/2022-23/डीएस-I/231, दिनांक 21 मार्च, 2023 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है ।

NOTIFICATION

No. 04/2023-State Tax (Rate)
No. F. 3 (45)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/447.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this Government's Notification, No.2/2017- State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification,in the Schedule, against S. No. 94, in Column (3), after the item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely: -
"(iii) Rab,other than pre-packaged and labelled".
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of March, 2023.
Note : The principal notification No.2/2017- State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(15)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/374, dated the 30th June, 2017and was last amended by notification No. 13/2022 – State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (38)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-I/231, dated the 21st, March, 2023.
