राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 31 मई, 2023 अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 12 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारं क दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा क नियम 7(ख) क तहत आयजित लिमिटेड विभागीय प्रतियगी परीक्षा, 2022 में उत्तीर्ण हने पर एवं दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा में उनकी पारस्परिक वरिष्ठता क क्रम में नियमित रिक्तियं क निमित्त दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में उनक द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण की तिथि से नियुक्त करते हैंः-
1. सुश्री रिचा गुसाई सलंकी 2. सुश्री अंजनी महाजन 3. श्री कपिल कुमार 4. श्री शिरीष अग्रवाल 5. सुश्री शीतल चधरी प्रधान 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्तियाँँ अद्यतन तिथि तक तथा समय-समय पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर यथा लागू अन्य आदेशों/निर्देशों के अनुसार दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के उपबंधों के अनुसार होगी । 3. दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के सदस्य के पद का वेतनमान 7वां सीपीसी संशधित कॉरेस्पॉन्डिंग पे मैट्रिक्स अर पे लेवल के म्ट्रिक्स 13ए के स्तर में 131100-216600 रूपये सामान्य भत्ते जैसा समय-समय पर इस संबंध में लागू हो के अनुसार है।

Delhi, the 31st May, 2023
No. F. 1/54/2023-Judl./Suptlaw/ 1073-1080.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service pursuant to their passing of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2022, held under rule 7(b), against regular vacant posts in order of their inter se seniority in Delhi Judicial Service on probation, for a period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their office.
1. Ms. Richa Gusain Solanki 2. Ms. Anjani Mahajan 3. Mr. Kapil Kumar 4. Mr. Shirish Aggarwal 5. Ms. Sheetal Chaudhary Pradhan
2. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time.
3. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.131100 – 216600 in level 13A of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay matrix and Pay Level plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
