राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कार्य आवंटन) नियमावली, 1993 के नियम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली के परामर्श से, सुश्री आतिशी मार्लीना को, उनके वतर्मान पोर्टफोलियो के अतिरिक्त जन सम्पर्क विभाग आवंटित करते हैं । यह आवंटन स्वीकृ त किया जाता है, जहाँ तक कि, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 कक के अधीन उपराज्यपाल को उनको कार्यों के निर्वहन के लिए मंत्री-परिषद् के द्वारा सहायता और सलाह देना अपेक्षित है तथा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (कार्य आवंटन) नियमावली 1993 के नियम 3 और 19.05.2023 को प्रख्यापित "राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (संशोधन) अध्यादेश, 2023" के अनुसार है । तदनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्रियों के पोर्टफोलियो इस प्रकार हैं:—

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 1st June, 2023
No. F. 3/5/2020/GAD/CN/49.—In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 3 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Allocation of Business) Rules 1993, the Lieutenant Governor, in consultation with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate portfolio of Public Relations Department to Ms. Atishi Marlena, Minister in addition to the portfolios she is presently holding. The allocation of business to the Minister is approved, in so far as, such business relates to matters in respect to which the Council of Ministers is required under Article 239AA of the Constitution to aid and advise the Lieutenant Governor in the exercise of his functions, in accordance with Rule 3 of the GNCTD (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1993 and subject to the "The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023" promulgated on 19.05.2023.
