फा. सं. 14011/08/2023-दिल्ली-I.—दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र शासन (संशोधन) अध्यादेश, 2023 (2023 का 1) की धारा 45D के साथ पठित विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 84 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्तशक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति सहर्ष इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूति (सेवानिवृत्त), श्री उमेश कु मार को दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त करते हैं। उनकी सेवा के अन्य नियम और शर्तें 3964 DG/2023 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 (2003 का 36) की धारा 89 और इस संबंध में बनाए गए नियमों और विनियमों द्वारा शासित होंगी। हस्ता./—

New Delhi, the 21st June, 2023

F. No. 14011/08/2023-Delhi-I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (1 of 2023), read with sub-section (2) of Section 84 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the President is pleased to appoint Justice (Retired) Sh. Umesh Kumar, Allahabad High Court as the Chairperson of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission. The other terms and conditions of his service shall be governed by Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), and rules and regulations made in this regard.
