राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 27 जून, 2023 II .—जबकि, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल की दृष्टि से भारत पावर ग्रिड कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड का '400/220 केवी जीआईएस द्वारका सब-स्टेशन, सेक्टर-5, द्वारका, नई दिल्ली-110075' नामक स्थान के संबंध में या उसको हानि पहुँचाने के संबंध में किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी शत्रु के लिए उपयोगी होगी।
अब, इसलिए, भारत का राजपत्र, भाग-II, खंड-3 के उपखंड (ii) दिनांक 19 जनवरी, 1973 में प्रकाशित गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 19 जनवरी, 1973 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा0 2/10/72-यूटीएल के साथ पठित शासकीय गोपनीयता अधिनियम, 1923 (1923 का अधिनियम 19) की धारा 2 के खंड (8) के उपखंड (ग) एवं (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ उपरोक्त स्थान को "प्रतिबंधित स्थान" घोषित करते हैं। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] HOME DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION

No. F. 11/77/2016/HP-II/3363-3371.—Whereas, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the view that the place, namely „400/220 KV GIS Dwarka Substation, Sector-5, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075" of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is such, as any information with respect thereto or damage thereto would be useful to an enemy.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clauses (c) and (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act 19 of 1923), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. F. 2/10/72-UTL dated the 19th January, 1973 published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, sub-section-(ii) of Section-3 dated 19th January, 1973, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares the above said place as "Prohibited place" for the purpose of the said Act.
